  One of the worst experiences I have had ever. I had a mixture of Shutters and Roller shades for my new home. The shutters was okay but the roller shades experience was really really bad. The fixture that they ended up bringing was not right one. They had to reorder it again. Then finally when they started fixing it, many windows didn't fit well. And the work done on the roller shades was pathetic. There was lot of scratches on the window itself and they also left scratches on the tiles below the kitchen window. I called them with they came back to look at it and outright denied that the scratches on the tiles are caused by them. I called support and they are also denying that it is caused by them. It's like I am lying to them. VERY VERY bad experience. Keep away from them. I have posted some pics. See for yourself ... What MLI has replied is not true especially with the counter tops. It is a brand new home and the MLI installers are the only one that had worked near that counter tops, because they need to fix the window channels in the window just over the counter top. I have worked with many companies including shutter companies. What I look for is commitment and responsibility. I look for quality and workmanship. The pictures tell a 1000 words. If the workmanship was good and they really took care of everything those scratches would have not happened in the first place. I expect company like MLI to have some working standards to prevent the scratches in the first place.Not to come and fix them afterwords when I sent them the pictures. Its not just one window but all windows, no exception. What they call pencil marks is real scratches in the tile due to the side channel material scratching on the surface just the same way as in the windows.

  This is the second time I have used Elite Shutters & Shadings for blinds in my home. I have been very happy with every person I have worked with. I would definitely recommend them, and I have to friends that need window coverings.
